LoadFusion was created to form a community of like-minded brokers and carriers, to share resources in a protected and respectful community.  We are committed to providing a platform where parties can connect and negotiate transportation services.  The following rules and guidelines shall apply to all activities on the board:

• No Double Brokering: Each shipment will be assigned to one broker only, and that broker will be responsible for facilitating the transaction.  Brokers or carriers are not allowed to sub-broker or re-sell shipments to other brokers or third parties without written consent by the originating party

• Accuracy and Transparency: All information posted on the platform must be accurate and truthful.  This includes freight details, rates, and any other relevant information

• Respectful Communication: All communication between users must be professional, respectful, and free of harassment and discrimination

• No Spamming: Users are not allowed to post duplicate or unnecessary messages, or to spam others with unwanted information

• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, we encourage all parties to work together to resolve the issue amicably.  If necessary, we will facilitate mediation or arbitration to resolve the dispute.

• Confidentiality: Respect confidentiality and do not share sensitive or proprietary information

• Laws: Follow all applicable laws and regulations when posting or engaging in transactions

• Suspicious Activity: Report any suspicious or inappropriate activity
